Return Process

  Log into your Zima account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the electronic device in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Zima

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 3 to 5 business days.
